Athena has loved animals her entire life and decided in 2016 to change careers to reflect this. After five years as a teaching assistant in a primary school, she has now joined the Victoria Vets team. Athena shares her home with her husband and four cats Merlin, Moss, Mimic and Muggle. She has a degree in art and still enjoys drawing in her spare time, as well as reading and playing video games.
